Shao-Hui Wang (Professor, Ph. D)
Native place is in Shandong province. Gained Ph. D. from China Agriculture University in July 2000. Professor of horticultural science in the Department of Horticulture, College of Plant Science and Technology. Master’s tutor, vice president of College of Plant Science and Technology, administering discipline, scientific research and graduate works. Membership of the Chinese society of agricultural engineering facilities horticulture professional committee. Membership of Beijing Society of Vegetable Science. Deputy Secretary of horticultural industry branch of Agricultural Technology Promotion Association. Studied in the Harper-Adam University during September and December in 2009.
Research Interests:
Environmental stress (water, light, disease) on vegetations. Resistant Mechanism of Tomato to Root Knot Nematodes: Graft, Phloem transport Protein and small RNAS. By the resistant rootstocks way to overcome the root knot nematode disease.
Teach “Facilities Horticulture”, “advanced vegetable cultivation physiology”, “vegetable science experimental technology”, “vegetable new technology and its application” etc.undergraduate and graduate courses.
Awarded Excellent Post doctor of Beijing, Excellent courseware awards: Beijing university of agriculture, Beijing Science and technology progress second prize.
