Dr. Hong Dong (1978- ), born in Sichuan,graduated with a B.S. from The Rongchang campus of Southwestern University in 2001, and then obtained Ph.D. from China Agricultural University of Traditional Veterinary medicine. Dr. Dong is now an associate professor in the Beijing Key Laboratory of TCVM, Beijing University of Agriculture, with her research interests specially focusing on molecular mechanism research of Traditional Veterinary Medicine on prevention and control of animal diseases,and nearly 20 papers published in domestic and international core journals in recent years,won 4 national inventionpatent and passed through the achievements appraisal of Ministry of Education Science and Technology Development Center.Dr. Dong also is a director of Beijing Association of Animal Science and Veterinary Medicine and a director of Association of Tradition Veterinary Medicine Branch of Northern Area.
